RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND PROMOTIONS POLICY

At Vyprro, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, exchanges, and promotional orders to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.
1. RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME
Customers have up to 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or report a product issue.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:

Be unworn and unused;

Be in their original condition;

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories;

Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
Requests that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
2. PROMOTIONAL ORDERS (BUY TWO, GET THREE)
In promotions such as Buy Two, Get Three, the following conditions apply:

Two items are purchased by the customer;

Three additional items are provided free of charge as part of a promotional offer;

Complimentary items do not possess individual commercial value.
For this reason:

Warranty coverage applies only to the two purchased items;
-
Complimentary items are not eligible for individual refunds or exchanges;
-
Customers may not request a refund while retaining complimentary items received through the promotion.
Promotional Order Rules

To qualify for a full refund or store credit, all items included in the promotional order must be returned together;

Partial returns of promotional orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit;
-
Promotional items may only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability;

Vyprro will not provide additional promotional items beyond those originally included in the order.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 Defect in Purchased Items
If one of the purchased items is confirmed to be defective:

Vyprro will replace the defective item with the same product at no additional cost;

If a replacement is unavailable, Vyprro may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a refund corresponding to the value of the defective purchased item; or
-
Provide store credit equal to the value of the defective purchased item.

Only one replacement per purchased item will be provided.
3.2 Defect in Complimentary Items
If a defect is reported exclusively in a complimentary item received through a promotion:

Vyprro is not obligated to provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or additional shipment;

Complimentary items do not carry individual warranty coverage;
-
Requests relating to complimentary items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Vyprro's sole discretion;

Any accommodation provided shall be considered a goodwill gesture and does not create future obligations.
4. EXCHANGES DUE TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE
Returns or exchanges requested for reasons such as:

Change of mind;
-
Personal preference;
-
Product expectations not being met;
are subject to the terms of this policy.
For promotional orders:

Complimentary items cannot be retained if a refund is requested;
-
All items included in the promotion must be returned together;
-
Partial refunds are not available.
5. REFUNDS
When approved:

Refunds apply only to the value paid for the purchased items;
-
Original shipping fees are non-refundable;
-
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout;
-
Processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Depending on the customer's financial institution, the refund may take additional time to appear on the account.
6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law;

Vyprro does not provide prepaid return labels;

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service;

Vyprro is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
7. REPLACEMENT LIMITATIONS
To maintain fairness and prevent abuse:

No more than one replacement will be provided per purchased item;
-
Complimentary items do not qualify for repeated replacements;
-
Vyprro reserves the right to deny requests that appear fraudulent, excessive, or abusive.
8. ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTIONS
In certain circumstances, Vyprro may choose to offer an alternative resolution instead of a return or refund.
These solutions may include:

Sending a replacement product;

Offering store credit;
-
Providing a different item of equal value.
Any alternative resolution is offered solely at Vyprro's discretion and constitutes a final settlement of the request once accepted by the customer.
9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards;

Final sale items;
-
Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper care;

Products returned beyond the 60-day return period.
